That's Production!


I have seven hens and I collected seven eggs today - woo whoo! This is the first time I have gotten 100% production since last Summer.

    Congrats! I'm still waiting for it with our ladies. We've gotten to 19/21. Stubborn!

    Carolyn - They really are special and easily pay for themselves.

    OFG - The eggs are for me, they get noodles!

    Rae - I can't imagine what I would do with all those eggs, are you selling them?

      Yup, we sell quite a few to friends. My guy's coworkers buy most of them. We also eat quite a few ourselves. Many are also fed to our dogs, pigs, and occasionally back to the chickens. :)

    Rae - I have heard that pigs love eggs! I fry up any extra eggs here for the dogs.
