I am so jealous! My squash didn't make it this year! There are so many amazing things you can make with squash too!!
ReplyDeleteI like it used as the noodles in a lasagna, or sliced with a carrot peeler and used like pasta noodles! (im gluten-free)
Or even better, just saute and eat em!
MissMabee - I have been looking for some new recipes and I may just look up the noodle one you mentioned. We have sauted 5-6 already and as my son said - "These are delicious!"
